great access to parks and charming local cafes nearby
I loved how I could easily walk to Mountain Light Gallery in no time, and the delicious pastries at Great Basin Bakery were just a short stroll away, making my stay enjoyable and relaxing as I explored the area on foot.

Recommend for a short layover
Clean room, helpful staff, the flat-screen TV helped us unwind after a long day exploring nearby hiking areas.
Some areas need more attention to detail in cleanliness.

I had a fantastic stay! The mini apartment was super clean and well-stocked. That cozy porch swing outside was the perfect spot to relax. The outdoor space was lovely for walking my dog. I’d definitely come back!

Perfect for a family getaway
The staff here are genuinely nice people, it was like talking to old friends they even helped us find our way around. Plus, we had a whole family room with three beds, giving us space for everyone. The kitchen was stocked well, like, clean fridge and everything.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess it was still fair enough.

The location was excellent, making it easy to walk into town, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the mattress was uncomfortable, the rooms had cleanliness issues, and some amenities needed maintenance. Overall, it was a decent stay but room for improvement exists.

The stay was decent overall for a quick visit. We appreciated the comfortable linens and the staff was quite welcoming. The location was convenient for visiting local attractions, as there were a few parks and galleries nearby that we enjoyed with our kids. However, the room could have used a bit more attention to cleanliness, especially in the bathroom area, which detracted from the experience.

A simple stay with character!
I stayed for a night in a good-sized queen room. It was a basic spot, but we loved the picnic area for evening hangs. The mattress was more comfy than expected, giving us a solid sleep after fishing. Just a bit sketched out by the lack of security, felt a bit uneasy with the theft situation. But overall, a chill place to kick back.

The Queen Room was pretty cozy and had a little kitchen setup, which was nice. Everything felt mostly updated, but the bathroom was small. The bed was hard. I liked it, but my boyfriend thought it was a bit too firm. It was quiet, and the grassy area outside was a good spot to unwind. Didn't love the lack of carpet, but overall, it was decent for a night.

My stay at Trees Motel was good! The room featured a cozy kitchenette, and the outdoor seating area was inviting and perfect for relaxation. Some noise from the road was noticeable, yet it didn’t affect my enjoyment. A lovely experience overall.
